Very easy to book and find a table. The service was very good and i really enjoyed the food. As i had just short time the owner really helped to prioritise my dishes. Overall nice fish dishes and pasta

Really appreciated this one. The Chef explained every detail of the menu. Food and wine was exceptional. If you like seafood or fish you will love it. The service was extraordinary even if it was at the limit. Try the 5 selection starter. Every thing is made from heart, is what it feels. One of the best restaurants I know. Reservation is highly recommended!

We were searching for a great fish restaurant and found Bistro Pivot on maps. We made the travel from Lucca and have to say it was absolutely worth it. The food was delicious, fresh and perfectly presented. The atmosphere and decorations look great and the owner and service staff were so kind and really delightful to talk to. No matter if far or close, if you love fish and seafood, you will be glad you visited this bistro.

Excellent, the food was beautifully presented and tasted as good as it looked, i had 5 small dishes antipsasti followed the Seppia steak, my wife the ceviche followed by the branzino. We had an excellent ribolla gialli to accompany our meal, all at very fair prices. We will be back!

I rarely write reviews, but this place absolutely deserves every star. The owner, the chef, explained every detail of the menu. He cares very much about his restaurant and his passions shines through in every way. They have incredible dishes that are all delicious, made from fresh seafood. The servers take great care of you and make sure you have the best experience that you can. Must visit!

One of the best restaurants in the area. It’s family run with some home made recipes, fresh home made pasta and friendly restaurant. We have been eating here for a few days in a row now.

Make Reservations. This was the closest restaurant to where we were staying, but it was highly recommended by the couple running the apartment we started at. Seemed like more locals come here to eat then the tourists so it was nice. Place filled up pretty quick and the servers came over to explain the menu to us. After some recommendations from them we decided on a few dishes to share. One of the dishes was a pasta that is a traditional Viareggio dish which was amazing. Actually everything we ate was amazing. The server told us it was his family run business and his mother is the one that cooks in the kitchen. Highly recommended to try out this restaurant if in Viareggio. Excellent food, service and great atmosphere.
